Nordics Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our products 100%. Nordic warrants the materials and craftsmanship of our knives to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Nordics warranty is made only to the original owner and purchases made directly from Nordic. We do not warrant purchases made through third parties. Our warranty is not transferable and cannot be assigned or given to anyone else. Our warranty is limited to the original purchase price paid by the original owner and only for actual direct damages (not for indirect, consequential, or other damages).
Nordics Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Nordics warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly. Products are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars, or screwdrivers nor used on hard surfaces like metal, bone, frozen foods, intentional damages or any uses other than what is customary and reasonable for our knives. If your knife or other item was damaged due to misuse, the warranty is void. Our warranty is not transferable and cannot be assigned or given to anyone else.
To initiate the warranty claim process:
Contact customer service at: info@nordicblades.shop to obtain a return Authorization (RA) number that must be obtained from Nordic customer service prior to returning the product. You will need the original purchase receipt, pictures of the defects, and a general description.

USING YOUR OWN SHIPPING METHOD
- You can send items back to us at the address below using any other method that can provide tracking to prove shipment.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your exchange.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- We do not accept COD returns. Packages will be refused and sent back to the originator.
Nordic Blades is not responsible for any items received that are not a part of the warrantied item. Please do not include any accessories or other items in your shipment.
